What NIDO.AI Is

An intelligent software layer that:

  • connects and orchestrates autonomous nodes (each drone, box, or robotic unit is a node in the network);

  • enables edge-AI inference and real-time decision-making through the NIDO Core (NVIDIA Orin NX + sensors);

  • provides a distributed orchestration platform (XR-GCS / Cloud) for mission planning, event response, and data integration.

Each NIDO unit acts as a Physical AI Agent, collecting multimodal data, processing it on-edge, and coordinating with other nodes through secure deterministic IP connectivity.

  • Powered by NVIDIA Orin NX (16GB), NIDO Core performs on-edge AI inference for mission-critical tasks, drastically reducing latency and dependency on external networks. This architecture ensures continuous operation even in low-connectivity or safety-critical environments.

Multimodal Sensing

  • The Core integrates a fusion of sensors — including EO/IR cameras, depth and TOF sensors, RTK/GNSS positioning, and auxiliary modules — enabling 360° environmental awareness and precise spatial decision-making.

AI Stack

  • Its embedded AI software stack manages object and event detection, predictive analytics, and policy-based autonomous actions, transforming raw data into actionable intelligence in real time.

Deterministic Networking

  • NIDO Core supports deterministic IP networking across LTE, 5G, SAT, and FTTx, ensuring resilient communications with built-in redundancy, VPN-secured links, QoS management, and automatic fallback mechanisms.
